All "green block" advertising fees will be paid in full before being posted on the got green goods site.  All submissions will be reviewed and approved by our staff.  We reserve the right to research and possibly refuse (for any reason) a submission for posting.  It makes sense that we all want to be successful in this endeavor, so we promise that we are passionate about what we are doing. We will work hard to make ourselves known in our community, however, we can not guarantee the number of visitors to our site.  

 

Please do not link, write or try to uphold on this site,  anything illegal, immoral, inappropriate, violate copyrights, patents or trademarks, falsely advertise, be unfair, defame, invade privacy, discriminate and so on.  You all know what to do!  Unfortunately, there are plenty of other sites you can do  these horrible things at.  Go away if that's what your into!

 

Advertisers will hold got green goods harmless from any and all liability, loss, damages, claims, or causes for action, including legal fees and expenses that may be incurred by got green goods arising from advertisers breach of representations and warranties. In no event will got green goods be liable to sponsor for any damages whatsoever.  Just behave, you do the right thing and we will too.  Pretty simple.

 

You may not assign any agreement without got green goods consent.

 

This ageement will  be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

 

The terms and conditions of this friendly reminder are the entire agreement between the parties and will prevail over any terms in any purchase order, communication, understanding or prior agreements.  Any modifications must be agreed to in writing and signed by both parties.
